Cancellation

The customer can cancel the purchase order without any expenses within two hours of completing the order without the need to return to customer service in the event that the order has not already been shipped

Shipping charges will be deducted from the total purchase value if cancellation occurs after shipment.

Fulfillment of requests

The risks relating to the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, or after they are received from our store (as appropriate). Sometimes, the supply of products you have ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays, or higher demand than expected). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed but we shall have no liability to you for such delay or failure in delivery.

reflux

You have 7 calendar days to return the materials from the date you received them.

To be eligible for return, Products must be unused and in the same condition they were received and items must be in their original packaging. Products must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

refund

As soon as we receive the products we will check them and inform you that we have received the returned products from your side. We will immediately notify you of the return status of the products after checking them. In the event that the return of the items is approved, we will refund the money to your bank account or credit card after deducting the shipping charges. You will receive credit within a specified number of days based on the credit card issuer's policies, up to a maximum of 14 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
